💻 How do I access the digital products (ebooks, meditations, etc.)?

After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with direct download links to any digital items included with your box. These can be saved to your phone, tablet, or computer — and they’re yours to keep forever. You will find a card with your qr code to access your meditations inside your box.

🎁 Can I send a box as a gift?

Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. You can also add a personalised gift message, and we’ll include it inside the box at no extra cost.

📬 Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes, we ship to all Australian states and territories. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

⏱️ How long will delivery take?

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express post is available.

Each hamper is beautifully presented in a premium box, complete with tissue paper and little extra touches. It’s designed to feel luxurious and ready to gift the moment it arrives.

💡 Are the items inside the box always the same?

Mostly yes — but occasionally we may update items to ensure the best quality, seasonal availability, or improved product options. If so, replacements will always be of equal or higher value.

🔁 Can I return or exchange a box?

Due to the nature of gift hampers and health products and digital products, we don’t offer returns unless your item arrives damaged. If something is wrong, send us an email and we’ll make it right.

📱 I didn’t receive my digital downloads — what should I do?

Check your email spam folder first. If you still can’t find them, contact us and we’ll resend the files right away.

Yes! We offer digital gift cards that can be used online for any of our boxes or digital products. Perfect for last-minute gifts.

🌿 Are your products suitable for women in perimenopause?

Yes — our boxes are thoughtfully curated by a certified health and mindset coach, with items chosen specifically to support emotional regulation, overwhelm, stress, irritability, confidence, and calm during perimenopause and motherhood. While it’s not a fix, it’s a way to help build habits to get women though this transition with calm and care.

You will receive a card with your qr code in your gift box, simply scan, get comfortable and get started.

📚 Can I buy the digital products separately?

Yes, some ebooks and meditations will be available individually. Keep an eye on the shop as new digital products are added.

🧘‍♀️ Do you offer custom or personalised boxes?

At this stage, we offer our curated boxes only — each one intentionally designed for emotional support, calm, and confidence. Custom boxes may be added in the future.
